The house in Monasterios is a single-family home located on a substantially square plot, with a steeply descending topography from the street access (North façade) to the interior (South façade).

The concept is to generate a stone plinth where most of the housing program is located: the day areas and part of the bedrooms, adapting to the slope, orienting the main pieces (living room, terrace, kitchen, main room) to the south. , and the rest of the bedrooms to the north.

The cross ventilation of all its pieces is sought through plinth empties, either on its perimeter or inside, generating two patios, one the central one that serves to articulate the circulation of the house, staying on the ground floor, and another that serves to illuminate and ventilate the basement, reaching that depth. On the upper floor three volumes emerge facing south and north, looking for sunlight and views of the garden in the southern part, and views of the nearby Sierra Calderona in the northern part.
