This single-family home, situated on a substantially rectangular plot, is made up of an L-shaped stone body, where the living-dining room and kitchen and the main bedroom are located, and another white concrete body with planks, where three bedrooms are located, and is broken down towards the south, generating a porch and a brisolei that protects the habitable rooms to the south.
The programme is completed with a basement that is illuminated through two patios that manage to illuminate and ventilate it.
